Herbal Nightcap Tea

So you've had a long day.  Your mind is replaying the highs and lows of the day.  You're trying to plan for all the tasks and demands of tomorrow.  Without a good rest tonight, will you be able to keep up?

We've all been in this spot before, staring at a dark ceiling, waiting to finally nod off.  While there really isn't a "one size fits all" remedy, this bold blend is a hit to help put sleeping difficulties behind you.

Nightcap Herbal Tea 

- drink 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

3/4 oz or 25 gms Skullcap

3/4 oz or 25 gms Lemon Balm

3/4 oz or 25 gms Chamomile

3/4 oz or 25 gms Catnip

3/4 oz or 25 gms Lavender Flower

1/4 oz or 10 gms Peppermint

10 mg of Full Spectrum CBD

Directions—(all herbs are dried herbs)  Mix all the herbs in a large Mason Jar and keep in a cool dry place.  When ready to make the tea, take 1-2 TBSP of the dried herb mix and place in a tea ball or a tea strainer and place in your favorite night time mug.  Pour nearly boiling water over the top and allow to steep for 7 minutes.  Drink and enjoy!

Bonus: If you notice that you wake up in the middle of the night for the bathroom, try adding some full-fat coconut milk and a scoop of collagen protein powder.  Mix and blend and sweeten to taste.  If you have other ways to hack this amazing recipe for even more greatness, we'd love to hear!
